Recognize! (event)

Recognize! was a politically-themed interactive art exhibition held at MOCA the Museum of Contemporary Art, in Taipei, Taiwan, between 2 December 2006 and 4 February 2007.

It took the form of a petition that visitors to the museum were encouraged to sign, to "recognise" a number of micronations that had previously expressed their "recognition" of Taiwan as an independent sovereign state.

The participating micronations were: Avram, Coral Sea Islands, Snake Hill, Bucksfan, Ladonia, Elgaland and Vargaland, Avio-Searth, Molossia and Westarctica.
